Transferring color correction presets
 

So I plan on switching computers today and I'm re-installing all my software from the ground up. I have about 50 or so color correction presets and curves adjustments that I'd like to transfer from my current pc to my new one.

Is this possible? I looked through the program files and I didn't see any folders for user presets. Any idea where that data would be?
