Slow Motion - Step Motion Help

I want to slow down some SD video to about 1-3% of normal speed. For my purposes, I would like for each frame to stay frozen on the screen for a moment then advance to the next frame. It works exactly like that in the preview window, but when I render the video using the Main Concept AVC codec, the frames are blended together to make smooth motion. Is there a way to turn off the blending of frames to get the effect I want. If such a setting existed, it would speed up the workflow tremendously. I realize I can do this by hand by setting the velocity envelope to 0% on each frame for a short time, but that is a much more tedious process.

Thanks

Re: Slow Motion - Step Motion Help

Move your velocity envelope to 3% (or whatever), then right-click on the video event and "Disable Resample".
