The rest of the codecs i need, is baked in Vegas Pro and in the operation system, if you understand...

For playback rendered files, if I render in a strange codec, I use VLC..

I downloaded the clip (32MB) you uploaded... I could play is perfectly in both VLC media player and Windows Media Player..

I did also preview it in Vegas Pro 12 with no stutter. It previews very smooth on setting "Preview, FULL"..

I did notice the bad synced audio. But you are wrong, the audio isnt behind. Its the other way. The audio comes to early...

Hmm, so you also have the bad synced audio. It's probably a problem with the camera then.
But thanks for testing it. So i can exclude there is somehing wrong with file itself.
