Can you configure an audio alert when render is finished?
 

As title states, is there a way to configure an alert when a render is finished like After Effects? When I had my webcam hooked up, the light would light up on the cam, but I don't leave it hooked up.
Ideas?

Not directly in Vegas. You may be able to use an external app that determines when CPU and/or Hard drive usage decreases and have it sound an alarm.

From VPro 12 Help
Render progress is displayed in the Windows taskbar. If the render time is greater than a minute, a sound is played when rendering is complete.

To change the sound, go Control Panel in Windows and click Sound. Click the Sounds tab and expand the Vegas Pro12.0 entry. When you select the Render Complete event, you can preview the current sound, assign a new sound, or turn off the Render Complete sound.

Well... it's still not directly in Vegas. However, this is a new feature that has now been added to Vegas Pro 12.
