vegas MS HD 10- dissolves
 

HI. Is it possible to place a dissolve between two freeze frames using Movie Studio HD 10. If so, how do you do it. I've tried putting two freeze frames on the time line and made the second one over lap the first one by a small amount but the automatic crossfade does not work. The crossfade works on all other events on the time line. I am wondering if it doesn't work with freeze frames because they are single frames. I have no trouble doing this on Adobe CS5.

You obviously can't dissolve between two single frames. Save your single frames as .jpgs (save snapshot to file button), put them back on the timeline, make them as long as you want and overlap.
