More Problems Importing

I am making some progress with importing video from my archived shoot DVD's

I am using Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.

The file/ import/ DVD Camcorder Disk is working, but I am still getting errors after the importation of the video.

All my archived DVD's play correctly on Windows Media Player or other playback programs. So I doubt they are corrupted.

It seems to be telling me that the frist and last files are corrupted.

My shoot tapes are always set up with Color Bars on the front.

The time code is continuous and unbroken.

I transfer the tapes from the camera to the DVD in a single pass (beginning to end) and I finalize the DVD when the transfer is finished.

The import process in Sony Vegas seems to arbitrairly set up scene breaks at 463MB to 475MB These do not correspond to camera starts and stops.

For expample most of the transfers try to set up 5 sections and I am loosing sections 1 and 5. Sometimes section 5 will transfer but I have yet to get section 1 to be accurately transferred.

More help would be appreciated
