Actual HD rendering times?

out of curiosity what are some people getting for actual redering times for lets say a 10minute segment of video full 1080 files with nothing more than simple cuts or transitions, no color or fx and what type of system are you running?

I would guess going to avi would be a good format as compressed formats would likely take longer. And on that topic does cineform take much longer to render since it is compressed? what about people experiences with redering from cineform instead of mt2? is it fatser since there is less to decode beofre reencoding?

On my old computer 3.2ghz P4, 1 gig of ram , and 2 400gb HD's I was getting 5+ times real time renders. For basic cuts 5minutes would take about 25 minutes. If I did any filters like Magic Bullet it would jump to 10 times so for one minute of video it would take 10 minutes to render.

With my new AMD duel core 2.6ghz ,3 gigs of ram , 1 500 gb HD + 1 400gb HD it is about 2 times real time so a 10 minute video renders in about 18 minutes.
