Re: Compact Flash import problem

Very interesting. Looks like we've been barking up the wrong tree.

Re: Compact Flash import problem

Apparently there is a problem with Premiere Pro CS6 and Adobe is aware:

Adobe Forums: Premiere Pro/Prelude CS6 not working with AVCHD from Canon HF G10

The issue only arises when you're recording a continuous shot that is automatically broken up into those 4GB files. Those "wrapped" files won't import into CS6, even though there was no problem in earlier versions of PP. Hopefully there will soon be a fix.

Re: Compact Flash import problem

I just started with compact flash yesterday and have run into this exact problem with CS6. Is there a fix for this problem?

As a test, I went back to a computer that had CS3 installed, the clips work PERFECTLY in CS3! But not in CS6. I'm hoping there's a fix.

Thanks!
