UHF frequencies

I am about to purchase a new wireless system, how can I find out which frequencies are best to use in my area (cincinnati, OH)?

Bear in mind that this chart will show you where the big bears are, but the little ones can get you as well. cell phones, pagers, all sorts of communications things peole have on their belts these days.
