I'm looking for a Gold Mount plate that will work with the FS100. I see this one (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/383177-REG/Anton_Bauer_QR_PD_HDV_QRPDHDV_Pouch_Style_Battery_Plate.html/BI/19641/KBID/12197/kw/ANQRPDHDV/DFF/d10-v2-t1-xANQRPDHDV) works with the Sony L-series batteries but according to a few threads the FS700 has a pin that prevents the dummy battery from inserting. Is anyone successfully using it with the FS100? Any other options?

I encountered this pin or 'bump' in the Sony battery socket that prevented a dummy battery fitting in the slot. After carefully working out where the obstruction was hitting the dummy battery I took to the dummy battery with a drill bit. A drill bit with gaffa tape around the top so that I could get a decent grip of the bit by hand. Then slowly, by hand, I drilled two adjoining holes just through the depth of the plastic on the dummy battery holder. On the dummy I had I had to be careful drilling because just below the surface was a PCB which I didn't want to drill into. Just drill to the depth of the plastic NOT through it if you proceed down this path.

Once I had the two holes through I then used a craft knife to clean up the holes so rather than the two holes looking like a figure 8 I ended up with one long hole with parallel sides. Now the dummy battery fits perfectly. I'm not using AB batteries but Sony 'V' lock batteries on an FS700 but the principle remains the same. This V lock set up can now power the camera, an Alphatron viewfinder, a B4 lens, a radio mic and an LED light all from the one source. Makes life so much easier. I felt the exercise was worth the effort.

Tried to upload a JPG but for some reason the upload attempts fail, both in Chrome and IE??. Back in Sept '13 I was able to upload images so if you are interested you can see the set up here. It's the 700 with the B4 lens on it.

I use the Anton Bauer QR-PD-HDV Battery Adapter on my FS100 I also have a Anton Bauer FGM-S Gold Mount that works with the FS100 (discontinued but maybe find one used and save some $)

Abelcine listed Anton Bauer QR-PD-HDV in an FS100 accessories post

Ray is your wireless receiver attached to the plate with velcro?

Yes, I use velcro but there is a standard threaded hole and cold shoe mounts as well
