Well well, what next!?

This just in:

"Monday, Feb.27, 9:12 AM

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our main site is currently non-functional. As of now, we have few details about how the fire started – or how it’s continuing to burn.

We want to stress that this tragedy will in no way affect our April 6-9 festival.

We’ll pass along further information as it becomes available. We’ve scheduled an online press conference – at this same Web address – for today at 4 p.m. And we’ll continue to pass along information in this manner until we all have the answers we’re so desperately seeking.

We appreciate your patience during this trying time.

Regards,

Robert Stromberg

and the burning site link:

Obviously too much use of Flash and improper installation of a good firewall.

Many who look at that site now will not see the "burn" as it was in realtime over 3 days a week ago, however for the people that have seen it, yes it was done in flash, we shot lots of fire at night to do the VFX work that it took to make it look "real" was a fun project!! and got us on Adcritic.com along side NIKE etc as "Interactive work of the day" whooohooo!

Guess you could say the site went up in a 'flash'.

Sorry, couldn't resist. ;-)
