BD cases and print stock

Anyone know where one can purchase the blue Blu-Ray cases and insert print stock? My sense of order wants me to package BD disks in the same cases as the big studios, but I've never seen them for sale. I could be a bit early to the party on this one, but I like the consistency, and the smaller format might save a couple of pennies on the ink printing the insert.

Anyone use them or know where to get them?

Hmmm. Just thought of something. The smaller format (shorter in height) makes using the same graphics for BD & DVD packaging a challenge and might mitigate the cost savings, but I might have an idea on how to subvert it.

Peter... Thanks. I actually did a little noodling around and found them US$0.47 ea for 25. Even at that price, they're a bit dear.

I've been very careful about getting good regular DVD cases as I don't want any made out of papier mache that will crack the third time they're opened. I guess I'll hang on a bit before I change cases. Sure, they look cool and distinctive, but they're not worth the cost for that.
