Extracting Blu-ray Disc menus?

Anybody know where to find (and how to open) the menu images stored somewhere(!) on Blu-ray discs? (Rather like the VIDEO_TS.VOB file on a DVD?) This is NOT a protected, commercially-pressed BD, rather a home-burned BD-R(E).

I've tried opening all sorts of files on a BD, with all sorts of applications, but nothing gives yet. So far, the best I can do is photograph an HD-TV screen!

(BTW: You gotta love spell checkers: "Blu-ray" suggestions are "Blurry" or Blow-dry".)
