Dead pixels in LCD/Nicked Lens

I have spotted a dead pixel right near the middle of my GL2 LCD screen. I believe it is only on the LCD, as I cannot notice it through the veiwfinder. Also, have the smallest of nicks on my lens. Don't believe this is visable on an image, but aggrevating however, any rough estimates on repair cost? I believe the warranty is over on this unit. Thank you for your time.
