				XF100 test (lowlight)

XF100 test (a day and night, Prague), 1920x1080/50i, 50Mbps, shutter 1/50 (ones 1/25), gain from -3dB to +6dB, edited in avidMC with a little color correction, deinterlaced with fluid motion (it lost a small amount of the vertical resolution), export in ITU709 color levels 16-235. The sound and music are from the internal mic (live). |

Thank you very much. The musicians were a little cold, but still played very well. I like this kind of music, the clarinet has a great charm.

			Hi David,

I used the settings cinegamma1 for daily shots, cinegamma1 for the first part of the evening and normal gamma (with the less sharpness setting) for the second part at lowlight. Cinegamma1 - gamma Cine1 - black (master PED 0) - black gamma (level 23, range 4, point 29) - knee (automatic) - SHP (level -1, HDF 0, COR 3, HVD 0, limit 0) - NR (automatic) - color matrix (select - Normal3, Gain 11, PH 0, R-G -8 but sometimes I used color corr. with red color) - setup level (level 0, press off) Normal gamma - gamma normal3 - black (master PED -2, but better is -1 or 0) - black gamma (all 0) - sharpness (level -2, HDF 0, COR +12, HVD 0) - NR automatic - color matrix (select - Normal3, gain 20, PH 0, R-G -10 but better is -9) My english is not very good, but perhaps it will suffice. |
