Orange not Orange ??

I shoot almost exclusively Outdoor video ( hunting & the like ) . I have been using VIVIDRGB with good results. One area I find difficulty in is shooting during a firearms season where Blaze Orange is required to be worn by the hunter. It seems to give the camera fits. In VIVIDRGB it's no longer Blaze Orange - but a more burnt orange. I know that a preset like PANALOOK2 will help - and I do have that on my list.

Any other suggestions for presets that I might try ??

Thanks for you help.

how about no preset?
Im used to having trouble with yellow lights in churches causing everything to turn out reddish. When i encounter it i shoot without any preset and thats better than any of the presets i have tried and tested to solve the problem. Although im sure some do exist.

Try my preset called Vivid Real 2 (VIVREAL2), which I created to be relatively realistic with a bit of punch to the colours, I've tried to tweak it to be reasonable in lowlight and to be overall not a million miles from my HV20 which I also use for cut scenes. I've always found VIVIDRGB too saturated, I quite liked LOWLT-3 but for the ghosting though in low light it was good. PANALOOK2 was a touch bland for me. But again everything is subjective (or we'd all be using the same preset). PS: I use it a 0dB.

Brian,
I'm having trouble getting that preset to copy to card. Do you have the settings in text format ?

You probably need to rename it to (say) PRESET01.CPF to make it visible in camera but the settings are as below
