Testing Procedures for the XL H1?

I'm a new owner of an XL H1. Everything about the camera is working great so far. Except, in my opinion, there is a sort of "pastiness" quality to skin tones. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some testing situations that would allow me to resolve whether this is "operator" inexperience, or if there something just not quite right with the camera itself.

Testing charts and procedures, for instance?

Thanks

Their Front Box Professional would be a perfect match for the XL H1:

testing is a great idea - but IME undersaturated milky images are what you get with the XLH1 out of the box. Check out the custom presets in the sticky above
