My first HD export looks like crap.. at DVinfo.net

I had a simple 1min+ vid that I imported into iMovie '08 from my Canon HF10. No editing - I simply wanted to hang it off one of my sites and see HD...

I guess what I missed in school (among other things..) ..was how to export the file so my clip didn't look like a Leggo antimation?! Any thoughts. Thanks.

....I went back and exported it as a 'Large Movie' (34megs for a tick over 1min!) and then hung it on my site as http://wetstuff.com/movie/royal_era_test2.m4v ...but then this downloads?! ..rather than play in my browser?
