Any JVC experts know this camera?

JVC GR-DVM5E? I'm looking for info on it but can't seem to find anything on the web or here. Basically I know its a fairly cheap home video type camera from a few years ago but I need to find out if it has a firewire connection (do all dv cameras have one?).

I can get a lend of one to shoot a missing scene from my short but the guy doesn't have it yet and doesn't know if it has a firewire port. If not, I'll have to look elsewhere. It doesn't matter for this shot if the quality isn't fantastic.

Anyone have any info on this?
Thanks,
Jay.

Not the consumer models

Not familiar with any of the consumer models. The website od jvc.com might help.

Sorry I just saw the "E"

The jvc.com site would only be US models since it is the US site.

It probably has DV out and no DV in.

Yeah I had tried there and also some of the global sites too but it doesn't seem to show up. It might be quite old. So you think it wouldn't have a DV out? Would that be for most consumer models or is it just because it's a few years old or do you know?

Thanks,
Jay.

Edit: Sorry, I misread your post. So it probably has a dv out (that's firewire right?)? That would do the job then. I wouldn't need a dv in on it. Thanks.
