Frame Rate questions

I was just wondering about the 24p/30p of the HD-100 or in general. If I want to, is there any way to mix 24p with 30p material in the same timeline in HD? I know the camera can do 3:2 pulldown in SD, but if I were shooting in HD & wanted 30p most of the time with some 24p, is there any way to do this and have it look good?

Also, I don't know much about 60p, but am I correct in assuming the minimum shutterspeed you can use with it is 1/60th? Thanks.
