MX 16:9 comparison?

I was wondering if anyone had the chance to play back and compare 16:9 footage from the MX300 or MX350 and a MX500...on a large widescreen TV. Do you notice a resolution difference?

Yes, I'm watching this board for news on this as well. Panasonic's literature suggests that in the same way that Sony use the big chips on the PDX10 (DVCAM TRV950) to give full resolution 16:9, so to do Panasonic with their MX500. Is it true? Anyone?

tom.

If you go to:

http://www.dvfreak.com/pana_mx5.htm

and click on the Power Point slides, you will see an explaination of the MX500's 16:9.

I was just curious if you can tell a difference on a large widescreen TV between the MX3 and MX5.
