Some screenshots of 'My Favorite Show'

Hi all,

I've been working on a short film with a few hack actors - don't tell them that :)

Anyway...it's a short thriller with a twist at the end, little bit Ring like, little bit dumb, but fun none the less. Wrote the script and shot the scenes the next day. Very minimal setup, some basic lighting and a bit of greenscreen that turned into massive amounts of rotoscoping to get the shots to work. It's my first attempt at anything this ambitious as far as composited special effects goes. Shot on XHA1, edited in Vegas 8.0c and effects/compositing done in After Effects CS4. Colour done with MB Looks 1.2 mainly.

Still not done yet as I have 5 more special effects shots to complete and then finish up the foley work and final edits but it's coming together.

I would love to get some first impressions and will post a link when completed!

Here's a follow up post that probably should have gone with the original....these are examples of the 2 of the shots before going through the effect compositing...
