Anyone in Switzerland?
Hi There,
I'm a Canadian (Toronto) Ex-pat now living in Geneva, Switzerland (Girlfriend got a sweet job here). I was a staff videographer with a TV station in Toronto, now doing freelance video production and ENG/EFP work in Geneva. I'm having a bit of a hard time since I don't really know anyone here and I also don't know the lay of the land. Anyone in the Switzerland area care to school me in the ways of Swiss production? |

Hey Jesse-
I go to Switzerland every 6 months (have a daughter in Zug)....You can also try englishforum.ch .....Most of the work for camera persons is through Swiss television ..SF.. and you'll have to have the right work permit. I think SF uses alot of stringers/freelancers to get news footage. Enjoy and good luck! I go to Schweiz in 2 weeks Jim Martin |

Thanks for the tips. I found Glocals as soon as I arrived, they have been great.
