Out put to Min DV at DVinfo.net

I am out putting my video to min DV but I am having problems with Vegas #6 I am getting glitches in the video and audio. I am using the default settings and when I am ready to print to tape it wants to render 80% or more and should I proceed? When I redo it the glitch shows up somewhere else. HELP! Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it? Thanks

over 80% rendered?
check if you dont forget a video fx to the whole clips
also check the track opacity. sometime i set it from 100% to 98% and this can result the rendering.

the glitches:
i also have this, i buy a new firewire card, and this help.
maybe check your card driver or reinstall chipset driver.
