Vegas Pro 9.0 & GoPro HD Cam MPEG4?

Hi,
I am interested in the new GoPro HD Camera (link below) which uses an SD card. I use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 and DVDA for all my video editing. I would like to know if anyone has ever uploaded from the GoPro's SD card into Vegas? This camera has the MPEG4 format. If you have, could you please advise me how to go about it? If not, do you have any suggestions? Your help would be most appreciated. Thanks, Ray

Keith Kolbo's article called Using GO-HD files in Sony Vegas Pro 8 should be of some help to you.

I don't think Keith's article is talking about the same family of cameras.

I just got back from Cancun using a GoPro HD cam all over the place and Vegas 9c worked without a hitch. No problems with audio, etc and I don't have QT pro on the laptop I had with me - just drug the files straight to the timeline.

I really like that in V9 you can adjust the project properties based on the media specs. Made dealing with all the different resolution settings of the camera a breeze.

Thanks for the info David.
Keith's article was written for Vegas Pro 8 so it sounds like Sony changed things for the better (at least with these cameras in mind) in Pro 9.
