Premiere pro 2.0 output to Digibeta File - how to??

Hi,
Would appreciate a little learned advice with this one!
I have a section of video created as a PAL 48khz project in premiere pro 2 - it's about 90 minutes long in total, and is a combination of stock QT footage imported and scaled from 4:3 to 16:9 by using 135% on the horizontal stretch.

I need to output this to digibeta format to protable disc, but haven't done so before from ppro 2 - can anyone tell me ( or link ) to a guide on how to do this settings wise, and approx how much space I will need on a portable drive?

In return, I'll smile at a stranger on the tube on the way home tonight ;-)

Cheers!
