Premiere CS3 Transitions

I have recently moved from Premiere Pro 2 to Premiere CS3 on a MAC. I haven't really gotten into any project at this time but noticed in the interface that the video transitions in the CS3 seem to be really lacking. Upon comparison to my older system my CS3 system sports 22 transitions while the Pro2 system sports 74. I'm really trying to determine if everything was installed properly from the place that was purchased. Is this the correct amount of transitions for CS3?

Thank you

I didn't count them but I have about 8 or 9 folders, with about 2 to 12 transitions in each.

In all honesty, unless you are do weird transitions for family stuff, we normally use only a few, like cross dissolve, fade to black, and a few others.
