Keyboard shortcut for applying transition?
What is the keyboard shortcut for applying the default audio and video transition in PP2?

Default Transitions
Hi Matt,
I believe the default video transition is Ctrl+D and the default audio transition is Ctrl+Shift+D. Ensure the appropriate video/audio track is selected on the timeline before using the shortcut. Dean. |

These are the defaults; you can go in the menu and change them if you like.

Pressing Ctrl + D has been working for the last few weeks but now it's not, any ideas out there?

Make sure the video track where you want the transition is selected.

Take a look at keyboard customization and see if the shortcut is still there. Maybe something weird happened along the way and it got deleted.
Can't think of anything else. Reinstall premiere perhaps? Does it work in other projects than the one you're working on now? |
