Best slow mo speeds (pp2)

Im using pp2
I know some speeds for slow motion work better than others.
Just wondering what speeds are working best for you guys.

Im shooting 25fps 50i (pal)

I usually get the best results if I shoot the scene with double the shutter and reduce the speed in Premiere to 50 percent.

I.E. Shoot with 120 shutter and reduce to 50 percent in Premiere. (60i)

For you...you should shoot with a shutter of 100 since you are using 50i
and then reduce your clip 50 percent. That is like bringing it back to 50i, which will result in real smooth slow motion. The only downside is you have to know beforehand which shots you want to slow down.

Thanks Todd I must do a test on that.
I could probably get away with shooting all of it at 100th.
That assuming I have adequate light which I should have outdoors.
