Radeon 2600 and CS3 Overlay Preview Problem

I am unable to display a preview from CS3 through a Radeon HD 2600 Pro graphics card to a NTSC monitor. Along with dual DVI,this card also has a analog s-video port which is what I am attempting to use. I am editing using standard dv files in an NTSC project. I've checked the preview options within Premiere expecting to see an option for an external display via the Radeon without success. The graphics card software has multiple monitor settings which I have tried in both clone mode and extended desktop mode. I was able to get an image of the desktop on the NTSC monitor but no luck in getting a full screen preview within Premiere. I've searched windows and media player looking for overlay options but had no success either. I plan on using the card in the future to edit HD on an LCD but would like to utilize the s-video out for now. Any suggestions?
