Video Clips Streaking When Played at DVinfo.net

When I play video clips in PP2 in either the source or program window they become streaky and the colors run together. When I play these clips in windows media player they are fine. In PP2 I'll save the project and shut down. When I reopen the project the clips will play normal then the video clips will go back to streakinig. I created another project and brought these video clips in and the same thing happends. I'm running windows on a Dell. Any help would be great. Thanks!
