Recording FX1 to PC HD with Premiere cs4

Hi! I'm trying to record directly to my PC Hard Drive using adobe premiere cs4
I have No problem recording and viewing the footage while recording in Premiere capture windown when I record standar DV,
But when I wanna record HDV, I record with no problem But I cannot view the footage in premiere window,
I just see some japanese text ,, but when I finish recording the footage is there no problem
My question is, is there is any way I can record and view my footage in premiere capture window while recording HDV,
cuz I try to shoot using my camera jib, but I need to view what i'm capturing

No, that is not possible, use OL for that.

I just got another question,
When I'm exporting the footage it only export in XML witch is for DreamWeaver
and I cant use it in EA or premiere,, How can I export it the way to use it in those programs
I did a research and looks like there is a way But I cant find the way

Attend the World Premiere - The Digital Video Information Network

Soon or later Mod will moved as the above. This post is not about FX1 or Z1.


OL Sould be OnLocation from Adobe. Used to capture direct from Laptop. A capture program.

Got it! It works now,the file was there but I didnt look hard enough , I need alot to learn
