Premiere and Soundbooth problems CS3 at DVinfo.net

When I right click in premiere and go to edit in sound booth, no problem. I edit my audio file, save and then check it out in premiere. Sometimes I`m not happy with it when its mixed with the rest of the sound, so I go back into Soundbooth to work on it a bit more. Only problem is I can`t hit play. The button lights up and nothing happens. the program stays functional except it can`t play any more unless I quit premiere. Sometimes I have to reboot or it won`t work again. Whats the deal?
