Audio Out of Sync
Hello,
I am having some trouble with some footage I'm capturing in Premiere Pro CS3. I recorded it in HDV mode at 30F, and when I play it back on my Canon XH-A1 it looks great and sounds great! However, when I capture into Premiere CS3, everything goes fine, but when it is indexing the file, it says that the audio is going to be out of sync. It isn't lying....when I check it, it is way out of whack. I could just drag audio timeline to get it in sync, but my problem is that the last part of the audio is cut off because it goes off when the video goes off. Anybody else having any troubles like these? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! -jordan |

That's a new one on me, and I feel like I've seen all the problems Premier can have. Have you searched the Adobe knowledgebase for info on this problem. There might be something there unless you're the first person to experience this issue.

Yup me too. video is awesome and audio is way off. Sometimes repeating a second or so of audio for minutes, and way, way out of sync. Must be a setting, this is my first try of capturing hd. Any thoughts?
