Exporting Premiere Pro project to After Effects 6?
Maybe I'm missing a plugin or something here. I can't seem to be able to import prproj into AE6 (Professional). I follow the instructions:
-Locate Premiere Pro file using "import" on AE6 (I have to have it set to show all files for AE to even see the prproj file) -Import as "Premiere Project" using cropped layers. I do that, then I get an error message that says the "AEGP Plugin Premiere Import: Only projects created with Premiere 5.x and Premiere 6.x are supported" What am I missing here? Anyone else have this problem? I'm just wondering if I'm missing some plugin somewhere...I don't know why, I did a full install. bleh. |

Hi,
You have to install AE 6.0 first and PremPRO afterwards. This way additional PremPRO project import plug-ins are installed into AE 6.0 directory. Hope this helps. Fritz |
