Strange behavior with DENOISER effect

Hello,

I've been using the sound denoiser effect in Premiere CS4 with success to eliminate the background noise and really leaves the sound clear and crisp very quickly in a single step (takes are recorded inside studio in a controlled environment for most part). The thing is that for some reason, in my last projects when the edit is rendered for final output the sound in the video doesn't come normal, starts with a low volume and after a few seconds, it gradually goes to normal volume, and this happens with some takes inside the video, and with others is okay. I had re-render a bunch of times with same luck. Inside premiere everything sounds okay.

Any thoughts???
