Encore CS5

Hi - I tried Premiere and AE, then Soundbooth - all worked well, but on starting Encore for the first time, I get this error message:
"an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly"

CS4 worked fine - I've Googled for the error message and people getting this have problems with Microsoft C++, but I can't find any mention of how this impacts on Encore. I can't find anything on the adobe site either that helps? Any else had this one?

You ever solve this? I just ran into this error. PITA.

It's driving me nuts. I finally have the whole suite working for me (realized avast realtime protection MUST be OFF during cs5 install) but encore is bugged for me with this C++ runtime error. Agh!
