Frame Rates, Bit Rates and file choices for BluRay project

Hello, I am currently making a video project using a series of still images and some camcorder video footage. I will be using both After Effects and Premiere for creating this. My question is in regard to frame choice. I would like my final video to be 1920x1080 24P for the bluray disc. Should I work with true 24fps setting in both AE and Premiere or should the frame rate be 23.976? When rendering footage in After Effects, I have been using Quicktime. Is this one of the better formats to render to before importing into Premiere for final editing? My final question is in regard to color bit rate. 8-bit or 16-bit? Thanks for helping out a newbie to all of this! |

True 24P is only used in film; in the video world, 24P is short of 23.976. Use QT Animation at the minimum. |
