Batch import clips at DVinfo.net

Hello all

In Premiere CS5 is there a way to batch import clips?

I have a piece of software that complies AVI files for me, and I could get it to export a log of what it's generated as a list of file paths in an ASCII file. For instance

Y:/footage/clip1.avi
Y:/footage/clip2.avi
Y:/footage/tests/test.avi

Is there any way to get Premiere to look at such a list and import the clips? The list could be formatted any way Premiere wants; e.g. comma seperated, with "quotes" etc.
