Another question on an AE effect.
Anyone know how this was done? Looks like a color dodge or something at :01-:02?

I would guess that it's just another layer -- either an animated gradient or some sort of rainbow-like generated lighting layer -- placed on top of the footage over the transition. Looks like they used the overlay blending mode to get the effect.
