Keyboard Shortcut Help at DVinfo.net

Hello all.

I have the Bella Advantage 2.0 keyboard for Premiere. I have downloaded the layout from Bella and all of the color coded shortcut buttons work as they should, however I am having a couple of problems.
I want the use the mouse wheel and the keyboard left and right buttons to move frame by frame in the project window, but the left and right buttons currently do nothing, and the mouse wheen scolls the project window left and right.
I have desperately tried to find what options these are in Edit>Keyboard shortcuts in order to change them but to no avail.

Can someone please help?! Thanks!
