Fcp user - looking for presets

I am an FCP translplant. Happy so far with the work flow except for the final product. FOr the life of me I can't seem to get a correct 1920x1080 video. There is always a portion of the video cut off. I check everything, sequesnces, preset settings, etc. Does anyone have a formula that they use to get a full 1920x1080 video? And why do all the presets go to 1440x1080 instead of 1920x1080?

Re: Fcp user - looking for presets

In the Export Settings dialog of Adobe Media Encoder, make the pixel aspect ratio and frame size is correct. You can confirm this by clicking on the Output tab and making sure the frame aspect ratio and pixel aspect ratio matches the source.

Re: Fcp user - looking for presets

That's exactly what it was. For some reason it needed to be square pixels.
