Video preview in Bridge - issues

A strange issue with video previews (thumbnails and preview panel) with some video assets in Bridge. It doesn't really matter, I guess, but it looks fugly as hell. The video plays fine elsewhere. I can't find an error in Adobe help or user forums. WMVs appear with the bottom half of the screen only.and the preview window also only plays the bottom half.

(I tried to attach an image, didn't work)

Re: Video preview in Bridge - issues

The WMV problem is caused by a Windows update - KB2803821. There is plenty about this on Adobe's Premiere website.

Not sure what "fugly" means?

Re: Video preview in Bridge - issues

Thank you both. As it's not critical, I'll save this thread and fix it if necessary. Hopefully, if MS are aware of the problem, then another update will come along and fix it!

F****** + ugly = fugly

(but the first word might get auto-replaced on this forum!)
