PPro 2.0 Drive / Partition Setups

I just rebuilt my system and feel like it was lacking due to the way I had project files and partitions setup. I've since cleaned it all out and have the following:

D1= System Drive + All Warez
D2+3= Raid 0 Drive All Video Files
D4= System Backup Drive for Ghosting

Question, From a performance perspective, what is the best setup for a Premier Pro project, ie where should the Preview/Render Folders be located? Should the project be on D2 along with the video files or D1 in the default project folder under My Documents / User / Premier ...

Again, the way I had it setup was much different and I felt it was causing me some performance drops, I'm mostly doing HDV now and need to make sure this machine is running at peak performance.

Suggestions or pointer?
Miguel
