Rode is the coolest.
 

I'm at home, minding my own business, when out of nowhere I find my microphone...broken. The hot shoe had completely torn off. So I called them up and they were the coolest. They are sending me a replacement hot shoe and screw free of charge. they are also paying for shipping. The guy was really friendly on top of everything. Props to Rode for being cool.

Props to Rode, and to you for being appreciative. I'm thinking about a new mic and your post convinced me to buy a Rode.
