I'm at home, minding my own business, when out of nowhere I find my microphone...broken. The hot shoe had completely torn off. So I called them up and they were the coolest. They are sending me a replacement hot shoe and screw free of charge. they are also paying for shipping. The guy was really friendly on top of everything. Props to Rode for being cool.
