Insurance
I'm starting to put together my kit and just wondering about insurance. Are the production companies required to cover equipment that gets harmed on set? Should I ask to get proof of insurance before I start each gig? Would like to hear any stories/knowledge.

Chris, I'm certain there was a thread about this about 4 months ago in this forum. Search under "insurance" or by poster, Anna Harmon who-as I recall-was the one who initiated the thread.
