Post Production Audio Out Solution?
Hey Kids...
I have for the past couple of years been using a little Edirol FA101 to get sound out of Final Cut (and everything else on my mac pro for that matter) to my M-Audio Studio Monitors. It's been an OK solution to bridge FireWire out of the computer to XLR into the speakers but it's sometimes balky and has no control at all. Can I ask for recommendations for replacing this little box with a firewire mixer or other options? I do little or no in house recording. Just looking for a more flexible and reliable sound out interface. Thanks |

Yep, thats a great option... if you're open to USB options (which would probably be better for your situation honestly)
You have... Lexicon Alpha Desktop Recording Studio Lexicon Lambda Desktop Recording Studio Yamaha Audiogram3 USB Audio Interface Yamaha Audiogram6 USB Audio Interface (Mac and Windows) PreSonus AudioBox USB Recording Interface or dare I say... M-Audio Fast Track Pro USB Audio Interface All under $200 |
