m4p conversion

How, if at all can m4p files be converted to mp3, wav or other audio files. What programs read m4p files.

Thanks

QuickTime and QuickTime Pro are two examples and I'm sure there are others.

Dwight,

You might find what you need here http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm

I use dbpoweramp to do alot of mp3 and .wav conversions to .wav 48K. I noticed they have an mp4 download listed.

Good luck,

Mark

Just as Windows Media Player works on a Mac, QuickTime works on PC's. You can download it here. The free version will play mp4's, but the Pro version ($29.95) is needed to create mp4's.

m4p not mp4

dbpoweramp uses mp4, the files I am looking at are m4p. I suspect that there is an inportant distinction there. I need a player or editor that reads m4p and QT does not (unless there is a codec or plug-in that I am unaware of)

Thanks
