Cheap Solution... Blimp for "small" mics.

Thread title says it all.

This isn't for anyone who already has pro gear. It's for the guys who've run out of cash trying to get what they want... and don't mind a little DIY work.

This first post will be Part One of the windscreen idea... because I don't want any video clips to be much longer then two minutes... and this one takes a little more explaining.

After this thread dies I'll replace the video clips with a couple pictures and a simple description of what you're looking at... but for now I thought it would be better to explain it straight out.

Part ONE of my home-made blimp project... CLICK

DUDE!!!

This is GOOD STUFF! You should make a website...DEDICIATED WEBSITE to your series of films. I GA-RUN-TEE a publisher will approach you. Or even setup a PAYPAL donation link. With prices popping up like you have them, and places and part #'s of what to buy like your giving...I'd send you $25 bucks donation just for GP!!

keep it coming.

My roommate told me I was an idiot to compile all this stuff and simply post it... he said I should put something on ebay where you can do a BIN of $5 and get the link...

I dunno'... I've always been kind of a freeware type of guy... but maybe I'll set up a link for Paypal donations. Trust me on this one... the reason that I developed a compulsion for doing things effectively and CHEAP is 'cause I HAD to!

But seriously, thanks for the compliment... it means a lot to me. By the time I get this page full... and it will take a while since my time is limited... I think it will be a lot of fun for struggling filmmakers to see an idea explained... so that they can get busy on a particular shot or problem they're having.
